Creed Pest Control started in Ames, Iowa in the spring of 2022 by Erik Hardt.  He had spent 15 years working for a local company in Des Moines and discovered that Ames and the Story County area needed a top-quality local pest control firm to provide safe and effective pest management to homeowners and businesses.

Erik is a former board member of the Iowa Pest Management Association and helped write the Polk County Bed Bug Task Forces bed bug best practice's in conjunction with Iowa State University, county officials & leading pest management experts.  

The name Creed Pest Control stems for Erik's time in the US Army and Iowa Army National Guard where leaders are taught to live by a "Creed" to do what is right, earn the trust and respect of others and be proud of the work you do each and every day.
